  • Cancellation within 1 hour: Order is cancelled, and a full refund is issued to your original payment method.
  • Cancellation after 1 hour: Cancellation is no longer possible as the order has already been processed.


What Happens After the 1-Hour Window?

Once the 1 hour cancellation period has passed, orders cannot be cancelled. If you no longer wish to keep your item, you may still return it once it has been delivered. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for further instructions regarding returns and refunds.


How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel your order within the 1 hour window, please:

If your request is within the allowed time, you will receive a confirmation email, and your refund will be processed promptly.


Refund Process for Cancellations

Approved cancellations are refunded to your original payment method.

Refunds typically take 10 days on average but may take up to 20 days depending on your banking service.

You will receive a refund confirmation email once your cancellation has been processed.
